Suspension Knuckles

Suspension knuckles can often be overlooked when refurbishing a vehicle. Ball joints and shock absorber fitments are usually dry and often seized after extensive use in dry paddocks or through muddy terrains. Keeping your upper and lower A-Arms and swingarm ATV parts healthy is a good way to ensure the durability of your Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, or Can-Am machine is withheld. Some Arctic Cat and Polaris kits contain bushings only, whereas kits for alternate automotive vehicles have more components to suit the machine.

Needle bearings are made from 52100 steel after being precision ground and hardened for increased front suspension movement. Self-lubricating nylon bushings are used for better wear and performance. All of these high-quality kits are designed to exceed OEM specifications and keep the suspension shock mount and wheel assembly moving freely. Quad bike steering knuckles are found in between the A-arm, steering rack, and wheel hub to hold ATV and UTV shock absorbers in place.
