Intercoolers

ATVs and UTVs are a great way to explore nature and have a ton of fun doing it with friends and family. The intercooler is a vital part of an ATV and helps to keep the engine cool, allowing it to run smoothly and efficiently. An off-road intercooler is a heat exchanger that helps to reduce the temperature of the air that is forced into the engine. This allows the fuel to burn more efficiently and results in better engine performance. They work together with the radiators and oil coolers to keep all oil and fluids running through the hoses at optimum temperature. Silicone intercooler piping is also recommended when installing an intercooler kit. This is because the wastegate, blow-off valves, intake manifold, and a range of other components involved with the turbo kit will require high-quality components to keep the engine running.

Transmission coolers are another great idea for when you update throttle body setups, turbochargers, and a range of other wishlist items to increase horsepower on your Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Polaris, or Can-Am machine. Automotive machines should have regular checks on the air intake flanges, coolant levels, gasket clamps, fuel pump injectors and air intercooler pipe kits to maintain healthy operation of the machine.
