Blow Off Valves

ATV Blow off valves (BOV) are used to regulate the pressure in a turbocharger system of an ATV or UTV powersports machine. The valves are installed on the intake manifold between the turbocharger and the engine to allow the excess pressure to escape when the turbocharger reaches its maximum boost threshold under load. This off-road diverter fitment prevents the turbocharger from over-boosting and potentially damaging the engine. Blow-off valves come in various sizes and shapes to suit models such as the Can-Am Maverick X3, Polaris RZR XP Turbo, and a range of Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki models. Charge tube blow-off kits can be manually adjusted or automated to provide the best performance for your Polaris RZR PRO XP.

OEM turbo blow-off valves are fitted to limited models with a factory warranty to take care of the valve kit and any silicone air intake hoses or lines associated with the unit. Evolution Powersports offer a quality and fine-tuned billet aluminum kit for your SXS vehicle. These units are tested on 500+ Horsepower engines and will withstand any terrain.
